In response to the recommendation that was made, the Home Treatment Team performed a comprehensive evaluation on Miss Kelly's current functioning and mental state. The review included a thorough medical history and physical exam. The review also included a comprehensive psychological assessment, family therapy assessment and a psychiatric diagnosis interview.
According to the report, Miss Kelly was suffering from a variety of mental health issues, including the borderline personality disorder, bulimia, and anorexia. She also had an history of addiction to drugs and had experienced domestic abuse. Depression, anxiety, and stress made her suffer more. She was also diagnosed with bipolar affective and schizoaffective disorders.
Elayaperumal claims Medtronic discriminated against him intentionally because of his race or national origin. private psychiatrists argues that his low performance review in June 2000 and the failure to give him certain assignments for projects were influenced by national origin or racism animus.
